#BRIDGEWatch_support: European Studies Group Module 26.1: “Cross-Border Impacts of Business-Related Human Rights Abuses (EU–Latin America)”

In the fifth edition of the UFSC/CNPq European Studies Group, coordinated by Professor Aline Beltrame de Moura, the topic “Cross-Border Impacts of Business-Related Human Rights Abuses (EU–Latin America)” will be addressed.

This semester’s meetings will feature the participation of Professor Gustavo Becker, a postdoctoral researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for European Law (University of Luxembourg) and visiting professor at FGV Direito Rio.

Module 26.1 will consist of five virtual sessions, starting on April 28 and taking place weekly on Tuesdays at 1:00 PM.

Participants in the European Studies Group will have the opportunity to conduct research related to the topics discussed, with the possibility of publishing their work in the European Studies Group Yearbook – vol. 3, scheduled for release at the end of 2026.

The UFSC/CNPq European Studies Group is part of the activities developed under the Jean Monnet projects coordinated by UFSC and funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, particularly through the Jean Monnet Chair.
