We inform you that registrations for the in-person sessions on the first two days of the Seminar (September 29–30, 2025) are now closed, as all available spots at ECLAC have been filled.

This overwhelming response reflects the strong interest in the opening seminar on “Digital Transformation and Innovative Solutions” and in the Training Course held on Day 2. The program features distinguished speakers, including representatives from the European Union, United Nations, ECLAC, ITU, ILO, and leading universities, as well as experts from Latin America and Europe.

Important: In-person registrations for the remaining days of the event (Advanced Course and Workshop) remain open, as well as online participation, which is free of charge and available to all interested participants. Virtual attendees will be able to follow the full program through the event’s digital platform.
