Invited by the Commission, Professor Aline was a panelist in the session titled “Shaping the Future: The European Union’s Influence on the Global Stage.” She shared the stage with esteemed professors from Belgium, the United States, South Africa, India, and New Zealand, including Federica Mogherini, former High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy (2014-2019).
Moderated by journalist Jack Davies, the session followed a dynamic Q&A format, focusing on the European Union’s role in shaping global governance and the crucial importance of education in fostering dialogue and developing innovative solutions to address the challenges of the international community.
