On April 7th to 9th, 2025, the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will host the IX Jean Monnet Network Seminar – BRIDGE WATCH on “Human Rights, Dignity, and Equality: A Dialogue between Latin America and Europe“, promoted by the Jean Monnet Network Policy Debate “BRIDGE Watch: values and democracy in EU and Latin America”, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
During the three-day event, various academic activities will be held in a hybrid format, with the participation of dozens of guests from several countries.

The event is an initiative of the Jean Monnet Network Policy Debate “BRIDGE Watch: values and democracy in EU and Latin America”. This project, which aims to strengthen ties and mutual understanding between the European Union and Latin America, is a collaboration between 14 Latin American and European universities, led by the University of Lisbon and the Federal University of Santa Catarina.
