This training course, part of the Bridge Watch initiative, explores European Union values and their relevance to democracy-building efforts in Latin America. Designed for jurists, diplomats, scholars, and public officials, the course fosters knowledge exchange between regions, addressing pressing topics such as the rule of law, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
