The Jean Monnet Chair at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), coordinated by Professor Aline Beltrame de Moura, invites the academic community to attend the inaugural lecture of the first semester of 2026.

The lecture will be delivered by Professor Ignacio Herrera, from the University of Bergen (Norway), Director of COAST – Research Center for Climate, Energy and Sustainability Law at the University of Bergen. He studied Law in Venezuela, Austria and Norway, and specializes in offshore energy, market regulation and new energy technologies.

The event will be held online on March 25, 2026, at 10:30 AM (Brasília time – GMT-3).
