The book “IA y Diplomacia: Las relaciones internacionales en la era de las tecnologias disruptivas” has recently been launched, published by the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA).
SELA, as part of its training for academics, diplomats, and senior officials in areas related to diplomacy, technology, cyberspace governance, and artificial intelligence (AI), presents this work as part of its 2022-2026 Work Program. The objective is to promote and strengthen negotiation skills and the understanding of diplomacy in the face of the emerging political, economic, and social challenges in cyberspace.
The book features valuable contributions from Dr. Mario Torres Jarrín, partner professor of the Jean Monnet Network Policy Debate BRIDGE Watch Project, and Dr. Aline Beltrame de Moura, co-coordinator of the BRIDGE Watch project.
