In its fifth edition, the UFSC/CNPq European Studies Group, coordinated by Prof. Aline Beltrame de Moura, will address the topic “Desafios da mobilidade humana na contemporaneidade” (“Challenges of Human Mobility in Contemporary Times”). This semester’s sessions will feature Professor Patrícia Grazziotin Noschang, from the University of Passo Fundo, Brazil.

Module 26.2 will consist of five virtual meetings, starting on August 31, with weekly sessions held on Mondays at 5 p.m. (BRT).

Participants in the European Studies Group will have the opportunity to conduct research on topics related to the discussions and to publish their studies in the European Studies Group Yearbook – Vol. 3, scheduled for publication by the end of 2026.

The UFSC/CNPq European Studies Group is part of the activities developed through Jean Monnet projects coordinated by UFSC and funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, particularly through the Jean Monnet Chair.

Module 26.2 is supported by the Jean Monnet Policy Debate BRIDGE WATCH, the Latin American Center of European Studies (UFSC), and the European Institute of International Studies (EIIR).
