Author of several books and articles in the field of Competition law; EU law; Public Procurement and Economic Regulation.
Holder of a Jean Monnet Module (2015-2018) and a Jean Monnet Chair, awarded by the European Commission (2018-2021).
President of the Portuguese Competition Authority since march 2023.
