Avan\u00e7ado de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cDemocracia e Estado de Direito na Uni\u00e3o Europeia e na&nbsp;Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d (WP9), organizado pela Universidade do Chile e pela Comiss\u00e3o Econ\u00f4mica para a Am\u00e9rica Latina e o Caribe (CEPAL), \u00e9 oferecido no \u00e2mbito do Projeto BRIDGE Watch como uma iniciativa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o especializada destinada a juristas, diplomatas, acad\u00eamicos, funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos e representantes da sociedade civil em toda a regi\u00e3o.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Estruturado em seis m\u00f3dulos tem\u00e1ticos, o curso combina as conclus\u00f5es e as principais&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es do Relat\u00f3rio BRIDGE Watch 2024 (WP3) com debates aprofundados sobre&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">os fundamentos da democracia e do Estado de Direito na Am\u00e9rica Latina, bem como sobre&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">os desafios que a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital imp\u00f5e aos direitos fundamentais, aos processos&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">eleitorais, \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica, aos mercados digitais e \u00e0 governan\u00e7a regulat\u00f3ria, em uma&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">perspectiva comparada entre a Uni\u00e3o Europeia e a Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ao integrar resultados de pesquisa com debates orientados a pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, o curso busca fortalecer capacidades institucionais, promover a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do direito europeu e latino-americano e fomentar o di\u00e1logo e o interc\u00e2mbio de boas pr\u00e1ticas entre as duas regi\u00f5es, refor\u00e7ando o papel central do Estado
