The Right to Family Regroup in the EU

Abstract

This paper analyzes family reunification in the EU, taking
into account the doctrine of the Court of Justice of the European Union
through the analysis of a judgment whose object of litigation is family
reunification. As well as the Family Unit, specifically regarding the rupture
of this as a consequence of emigration.
