Nuno Cunha Rodrigues, a partner of the BRIDGE Project, recently published the text entitled “The FO v Ministère public (Sanctions extraterritoriales) case: revisiting the territoriality principle” in which the author comments on the recent judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union “Ministère public (Sanctions extraterritoriales) (C- 906/19)” in the well-known blog EUlawlive.

According to the author the judgement is “a preliminary ruling concerning the possibility and limits for the imposition by a Member State of sanctions for road transport infringements in other Member States.”
