Uni\u00f3n Europea y&nbsp;Am\u00e9rica Latina\u201d (WP9), organizado por la Universidad de Chile y la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), se ofrece en el marco del Proyecto BRIDGE Watch como una iniciativa de formaci\u00f3n especializada dirigida a juristas, diplom\u00e1ticos, acad\u00e9micos, funcionarios p\u00fablicos y actores de la sociedad civil en toda la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Estructurado en seis m\u00f3dulos tem\u00e1ticos, el curso combina los hallazgos y las principales recomendaciones del Informe BRIDGE Watch 2024 (WP3) con debates en profundidad sobre los fundamentos de la democracia y del Estado de Derecho en Am\u00e9rica Latina, as\u00ed como sobre los desaf\u00edos que la transformaci\u00f3n digital plantea para los derechos fundamentales, los procesos electorales, la participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, los mercados digitales y la gobernanza regulatoria, desde una perspectiva comparada entre la Uni\u00f3n Europea y Am\u00e9rica Latina<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>Al integrar resultados de investigaci\u00f3n con debates orientados a pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, el curso busca fortalecer las capacidades institucionales, promover la difusi\u00f3n del derecho europeo y latinoamericano y fomentar el di\u00e1logo y el intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas entre ambas regiones, reforzando el
